Our 1# priority is to serve our customer, You. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a return, refund or exchange please call (1-866-665-6393) or email (service@dreamdolllingerie.com) our customer service department.

You must contact our customer service department within 10 days or receiving your order to obtain a RMA ( return authorization number ).

DreamDollLingerie.com will NOT accept return if:

1. Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfume, lotions, smoke, or any other odor.
2. Over 10 days have passed from receiving your order.
3. All tags MUST be attached to the item/s.

Due to health regulations DreamDollLingerie.com cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings, and any similar intimate apparel.

DreamDollLingerie.com will not accept returns for costumes orders between October 1st and November 15th.

DreamDollLingerie.com will not accept returns for holiday costumes orders between December 1st and January 15th.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and be in the condition that they were received in order to receive a RMA.

All shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.

DreamDollLingerie.com reserves the right to refuse any return but all unauthorized returns will be refused.
